Noida: As Noida plans a second expressway to decongest the main Noida Expressway, the Centre is more than keen to lend a helping hand. Union minister for road transport and highways Nitin Gadkari said on Tuesday NHAI will seriously consider a proposal from Noida Authority and Gautam Budh Nagar MP Mahesh Sharma to build the 30km bypass to the expressway along the Yamuna embankment.
Speaking at the ‘Ek Ped Maa Ke Naam’ event near Noida International Airport in Jewar, Gadkari said funds will not be a constraint and NHAI could take the project up.
