NOC has to be taken before construction around Noida International Airport. No objection from the Airports Authority of India is mandatory for Construction within 20 km radius of the airport. This is included in the conditions set for aerodrome license. The second meeting of the Environment Management Committee of Noida International Airport was held on July 9 under the chairmanship of District Magistrate Manish Kumar Verma.
Kiran Jain, Chief Operating Officer of Noida Airport, said that there is a height restriction around the airport. As the airport is close to becoming operational, it is mandatory for the public, real estate developers and local authorities to strictly follow the height restriction rules prescribed by the Ministry of Civil Aviation to ensure safety and efficiency of aircraft operations. She said that an NOC is required for the mandatory height.
